Package plans are a great way to obtain an incredible Return On Investment! This is for you if you have the motivation for a DIY or you need that professional expertise from our Staging Professionals in order to uplift your property to the level that it needs in order to bring in the widest range of prospective buyers. You may not need a full Staging Service, but rather some light accessories and assistance

in order to create that online presence!

PACKAGE #1 

 CONSULTATION (IN PERSON OR REMOTE)

 

 This includes approximately two hours spent with you in your home or remotely, offering advice on how to best present your home for the     market. We will spend quality time with you, paying attention to every detail. This package includes tips on furniture placement, what to   keep, what to store, and what should be highlighted. We will present you with a comprehensive report implementing all of the suggestions   from our assessment. This package is for the DIY homeowner OR it can always lead to a full Staging Service.

PACKAGE #2  

OPEN HOUSE PREP

​

We will spend time throughout the entire property. It is most likely that items can be utilized in other areas of the home that give

greater eye appeal and function. This service is meant to provide the necessary added touches for a home just before the doors

open for buyers. We will spend up to 6 hours "redesigning" prior to your Open House. This package also includes greenery

and/or floral arrangements that you get to keep, not rent! Allow us to pack up items that will distract buyers, rearrange accessories

and furnishings! This service may be for you if you have plenty of tasteful items to work with yet need to pare it down

for online presence. Your property simply needs a last minute “refresher,” an added “punch” of vision for buyers!

 

TOTAL INVESTMENT:  $850

PACKAGE #3 

“LIGHT-STAGING”

It’s possible that just one or two rooms need that vision brought to life. 

YOU PICK THE LIGHT STAGING ROOM(S) THAT YOU WANT!

 ・Includes all  accessories customized to the home’s style and colors. 

 ・Flatware, centerpieces, greenery and more.  

 ・Built-ins in a Dining Room

 ・Dressing up the console table..whatever it needs!

 ・We will assess the space and determine the best inventory.

 ・Two month rental of items, labor and redesign plan.

 ・Additionally, we will rearrange your own furnishings to show

    off the best appeal for online presence!

 ・Includes all accessories for highlighting focal points (fireplace mantle)

 ・Essentials such as books, desk accessories...create a true “study” vibe.

 ・Two month rental of items, labor and redesign plan.

 ・Additionally, we will remove~reposition your own furnishings

    to show off the best appeal for online presence!

“ROOM BUNDLE”

 

ALL MAIN ROOMS (Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Master BR/BA, + 1 BONUS room!) 

This includes highlighting the pieces that already exist in your home! Light accessories for the kitchen, dining room,

main living room, master bedroom and 1 bonus room. Included are: lamps, pillows, throw blankets, artwork, mirrors,

greenery & floral arrangements. Total cost includes a redesign plan, two month accessory rental,

AND rearrangement of your own furnishings!

                                    

                                                                               TOTAL INVESTMENT:  $1,590

  

*This package is a total savings of over $100 when compared to the itemized room packages PLUS one additional room!

PACKAGE #5 

“CUSTOM FULL STAGING SERVICES”

 

 We are more than happy to assist in a full Staging Service. If your property will be going on the market soon, contact us for an initial Consultation.   From there, we will develop a redesign plan, assess the essential inventory, including rental furniture. 50% of the Consultation fee will be credited to   any full Staging Service! Each project is priced accordingly. This includes Occupied and Vacant Staging Projects. Package includes the redesign   plan, # of rooms, total rental inventory, and labor. This package is for you if the property needs larger items including furniture such as beds, sofas,   tables and more. We will do as much or as little as you need!
