Karen Richardson is an ASP®️(Accredited Staging Professional®️), Expert E-Designer, Member of IAHSP®️ (International Association of Home Staging Professionals®️)and RESA®️(Real Estate Staging Association®️). Karen is accredited, trained and insured.
Besides collaborating with clients on Staging projects, Karen enjoys working on her own home improvements. Whether that's refreshing a room with a new paint color or redesigning rooms. Her favorite paint color is "Sea Salt" by Sherwin Williams.
Karen resides North of Boston with her family. She is committed to transforming your property for profit and fresh starts!

Jennifer Romboli joined kr staging + redesign in 2019. When it comes to selecting beautiful home decor for a Redesign or Stage to Sell, Jenn has the eye and expertise. Her positive outlook, collaborative spirit and attention to detail is unmatchable.
Jenn’s favorite part of staging is transforming a home into a space that appeals to potential buyers while maintaining its character. She enjoys the challenge that every project presents but favors staging occupied homes; it allows creativity while simplifying and rearranging the homeowner’s existing pieces and adding neutral touches to enhance the home’s universal appeal.
When Jenn isn’t working on home staging projects, she enjoys traveling, reading, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends at their beautiful home in Wells, Maine. The beach is her haven.
