The highlights of the room below are the french doors, fireplace and columns that help to define the space. We removed, rearranged and added a few pieces so that the space feels more open and airy. We also minimized the display of accessories and replaced a few dark framed pictures with larger artwork and light colored palettes.

This particular property is a seaside home. It was important to highlight the coastal theme by integrating fresh, peaceful colors and exquisite pieces. Beautiful combination of natural light, color and accessories!

The following photos are taken from a home that had multiple offers and sold for over asking price. In this Family Room, the space was utilized as an entertainment area by bringing in some texture and black and white tones. We suggested that the homeowner declutter and remove all personal items besides the existing furniture. The end result is a modern, fun space to relax or entertain.

In this space, the homeowner had warm tones in their furniture. We highlighted those colors through adding artwork and accessories. Rearranging the Seller's furniture provided Buyers with that vision for a warm, inviting living room. We minimized their personal belongings, including items from the bay window. This provided prospective Buyers with a view and a clean look.

In the sunroom below, it was essential to highlight the flow of the living and dining areas. We utilized the Seller's furniture by rearranging the chairs and bringing in some additional rockers. Removing furniture and items are not always a solution. By creating a feeling of a space that's bright, light and functional, Buyers feel at home.

The large windows were the focal point in this sunroom. We Staged this room keeping in mind that Buyers would fall in love with a view of the beautifully landscaped yard. We moved the television and replaced with some greenery. The curio cabinet was placed in a more formal living space and replaced with the Seller's bookshelf. We added more plants and books to create a relaxing atmosphere. Let the sunshine in!

Below is a Stage to Live project. The homeowner desired an office space in her home that offered function yet the comforts of home. The challenge was that she wished to keep the day bed for when guests stay, yet she needed the space to serve for her business. We applied this vision by only utilizing her items. We did not have to shop for anything extra, as we were able to integrate her own beautiful vintage pieces. This is a good example of how Stage To Live and Stage to Sell are very different. We personalized her office by creating a gallery wall of her artwork and displayed items that were meaningful to her. The furnishings work in this space because it provides the homeowner with comfort and space to create her best work yet also gives her the functionality to transform it into a guest room, as she desired.
