Our staging plan for this home was to integrate our own inventory of furnishings, rugs, artwork and accessories. When implementing our design plan, we were mindful of the architecture and specific style of the property. We utilized some of the homeowner's items as well as our own neutral, light accessories and furnishings. 

Staging is about providing vision for buyers, through highlighting the positives in the home itself.

This occupied home is a good example of how we can minimize costs for our clients by utilizing their own furnishings. The first step was the consultation where we advised on what to pack and what to keep. Throughout each room, we rearranged their furniture and brought in some of our own inventory in order to highlight each area.

In this Family Room, the space was utilized as an entertainment area by bringing in some texture and black and white tones. We suggested that the homeowner declutter and remove all personal items besides the existing furniture. The end result is a modern, fun space to relax or entertain. This occupied home had multiple offers and sold for 10K over asking price.
